Chef Tyler Ryen

Chef Tyler Ryen was raised in Eastern New Mexico in a small farming town. With little local restaurant exposure, it's wasn't until a move to Taos New Mexico, that a true passion food was ignited. After moving to Boulder, Co to attend culinary school, he spent a decade immersed in farm to table cooking. Cooking in smaller restaurants, focused on using local Colorado cuisine he honed his craft for seasonal cuisine. He spends his time outside of the kitchen with his two daughters, Joslyn and Margo, and lovely wife Jenny.
